I will help you highlight areas within your internal and external environment which make you feel uncomfortable, so that you can start to notice where healthy boundaries are needed.
By understanding the meta-physics of your environment, you will become comfortable saying, “no” only allowing that which serves you into your space - red flags observed and acted on.
Giving yourself permission to set healthy boundaries will allow you to take responsibility - you will feel powerful, when you may have felt burdened previously.
How sessions work
People often become subconsciously distracted by new surroundings and read the body language of others - 65% of communication is through body language, This is why I offer to conduct therapy sessions over the phone
This method has proven to be the effective because you can focus solely on you - after all, that is what you are paying for - undivided inbound care and attention
When in session, I require you to be as comfortable as possible, so that your outside environment reflects, your inner space
For most, the best environment is free from distractions, lying in bed or sitting in a comfy chair, in the privacy of your own home
It also means, that if you need to release, you have all your creature comforts around you and you can have a post-session rest
